City wants to sell more vacant lots for just $1

Chicago is moving forward with its $1 vacant lot initiative. But the pilot program focused on Englewood and Woodlawn. The city got thousands of applications from nearby residents and community groups and plans to extend the program in July to the Garfield Park neighborhood.
