CTA’s #AskVentra ‘chat’ backfires on Twitter

The plan was to spend an hour answering questions about the Chicago Transit Authority’s Ventra fare system as CTA begins phasing out its old magnetic strip cards. But the so-called chat backfired, spawning a ton of parody tweets, from weird to angry.
